How to Apply

Getting your child enrolled at Mutungoni Academy takes just a few simple steps:

1. Book a School Tour — Call or WhatsApp us to schedule a visit. Walk through our

classrooms, labs, and boarding spaces, and meet our teaching staff.

2. Submit an Application — Fill out our admission inquiry form (online or in person)

with your child's details and the level they're joining.

3. Attend an Interview/Assessment — We invite the learner (and parents, for younger

children) for a short interview or placement assessment to understand their needs

and readiness.

4. Receive Your Offer — Once accepted, you'll receive an admission letter along with the

relevant fee structure and required documents checklist.

5. Complete Registration — Submit required documents and pay the

registration/admission fee to secure your child's place.

Grade 7 - 9

1. Transfer letter
2. A copy of birth certificate.
3. A copy of KPSEA results slip

Grade 10 - 12

2. A copy of KJSEA results slip
3. A copy of KJSEA leaving certificate
4. Current report form from previous school
